Its all testesterone dude..

You like a gal, You start thinking that you can do anything for her and fall for her. You go behind her, Then you have a multi year project getting her accept your love. After the project gets suckered up. Then you see the world, World full of other beautiful gals but none catching your interest as that gal did and atlast you have to get going and accept some other creature, May be this is just one way of zillion other ways you deal with gals in this world ;)..

And I am not like the one above :).
